    In compliance with Sections 75 and 77 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, the CCPD publishes its orders and recommendations in the public domain to promote transparency, awareness, and accountability.

    Only the type and percentage of disability, and other limited details necessary to explain the reasoning of the order, shall be disclosed. Personal identifiers such as contact information, address, medical certificate numbers, or other sensitive data are not disclosed.

    Complainants are required to provide informed consent at the time of filing their complaints. In exceptional cases involving privacy, safety, or dignity concerns, the Commission may redact or anonymise further details on its own motion or upon request.
