Officers of concerned departments, such as Social Justice, Education, Rural Development, Transport, Health, Personnel, Public Works Department, Panchayati Raj and District Collectors, etc. are called at the venue of Mobile Courts to facilitate redressal of grievances.
On the appointed day, persons with disabilities or their representatives submit their complaints. Those who cannot write are helped by the staff of office of CCD and State Commissioner, Disabilities to draft their complaints. Such complaints are registered and heard by the Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner, Disabilities. Availability of concerned officers of the district in the Mobile Courts helps in passing orders immediately. In most of the cases, orders are handed over to the complainants by end of the day or are dispatched later.
